Yus, my main working program is Sai, although i do make the final touches in Photoshop CS4. On Sai i use the pen tool to ink at 3px, sometimes 5px and for coloring once again the pen tool for base colors and shadows and finally the blur tool to give it a smooth look. I rarely use the other tools :0
